to be honest
losing weight is the hardest thing ever! I’ve lost 40 pounds in a year and a half.. I should of lost more but us filipinos stays having family parties so all we do is eat and eat and eat! It is also hard to lose weight because my parents buy nothing but junk foods! MY fridge contains ice creams , drinks that have a bunch of sugars , deserts, etc. My mom doesn’t want to spend money on...
